Our Quality Assurance procedures have been developed to provide sophisticated monitoring and control of all on-site and off-site activities. We have incorporated 3D and 4D modelling to enhance our control of coordination, construction sequencing and progress monitoring.
To enable us to consistently deliver a quality product, we operate a bespoke Quality Control Plan which is implemented on every project. This plan covers all aspects including design development, procurement, off-site manufacturing, benchmarking, installation and commissioning.
It is through the proactive implementation of these procedures that AED can assure our clients of the highest standards in project delivery. Our proactive measures ensure that our Quality Assurance procedures are much more than a paperwork exercise; they are carefully developed business tools to manage and improve our performance.
