At AED we have a passion for what we do and how we do it. But most importantly we are continually looking at how we can do it better. We understand the importance of solid quality management systems and are therefore committed to the continuous improvement of our internal processes. We are ISO 9001:2015 accredited and quality is a key word that permeates all aspects of our work and business philosophy.
Our Quality Assurance procedures have been developed to provide sophisticated monitoring and control of all on-site and off-site activities. We have incorporated 3D and 4D modelling to enhance our control of coordination, construction sequencing and progress monitoring.
To enable us to consistently deliver a quality product, we operate a bespoke Quality Control Plan which is implemented on every project. This plan covers all aspects including design development, procurement, off-site manufacturing, benchmarking, installation and commissioning.
It is through the proactive implementation of these procedures that AED can assure our clients of the highest standards in project delivery. Our proactive measures ensure that our Quality Assurance procedures are much more than a paperwork exercise; they are carefully developed business tools to manage and improve our performance.

ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Since the first release ISO 9001 over 30 years ago, by ISO (International Organization for Standardization), more than one million organizations worldwide have adopted the principles and achieved certification to the requirements of ISO 9001, Quality Management System.
